FlotteVerte brings innovative solutions to Canada's housing challenges through sustainable development and community-focused design.
FlotteVerte EcoLiving marks Phase 1 of our sustainable housing initiative. We're deploying rapid housing solutions to address urgent needs while reducing carbon emissions.
Our approach combines modular, eco-conscious units with long-term community building — moving beyond traditional development timelines.
To restore affordability across Canada by 2030
Units expected to be added by 2030 under current trends
Gap between needed and projected housing units
To restore affordability across Canada, CMHC estimates the country must add 3.5 million housing units by 2030. This figure includes both market and non-market (affordable) housing, and aims to bring affordability levels back to those seen in 2004. Without bold interventions, Canada's housing stock will only reach 18.2 million — short of the 22 million units needed.
While the 3.5 million unit goal includes all housing types, the most urgent need lies in the deeply affordable and non-market segments. FlotteVerte EcoLiving's Phase 1 is designed to help fill this specific gap — delivering modular, net-zero homes rapidly and cost-effectively for high-priority populations, including those currently unhoused.
Standard housing options available at market prices
Below-market options for moderate-income households
Most urgent need for vulnerable populations
Accelerate transitional housing delivery on underutilized land
Minimize permitting and construction delays
Support planning for marginalized communities
By focusing on speed, sustainability, and inclusivity, we offer a scalable solution that directly responds to Canada's growing housing crisis.

We utilize underused land to build fast, functional communities.
Partnered with a rapid housing vendor, we're open to more innovative providers to increase the speed and scalability of deployment.
We're actively seeking organizations that offer social assistance and support residents on their journey to permanent, stable housing.
We follow an equity-first approach that puts people at the center — prioritizing the unique needs of differently-abled individuals, seniors, Indigenous communities, and other underserved groups.
Designing for differently-abled individuals
Respecting Indigenous and multicultural needs
Accommodating aging-in-place needs
Ensuring housing remains accessible
We're also engaging with community partners to better understand the diverse challenges across cultures and demographics, ensuring our solutions remain inclusive and adaptable.
We are excited to announce the upcoming formation of our Advisory Panel, bringing together leading experts across housing, sustainability, Indigenous design, climate innovation, finance, and social development. This diverse and accomplished group will help guide our project vision, ensure community-centered design, and strengthen our impact through strategic, informed decision-making.
Stay tuned as we reveal the members and share how their expertise will shape a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable future.
We're working with sustainable architects to integrate green spaces into our communities — and we're looking for more voices.
Our development team brings over 25 years of experience, but collaboration is at the heart of this mission. Let's shape the future together.
